The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys is the resource for educational opportunities, networking, and information sharing for civil defense trial attorneys in the state. The NCADA is the sole organization in North Carolina exclusively devoted to meeting these needs.
Much of the work of the NCADA is accomplished through its committees and practice groups. There are currently eight practice groups, as well as the Young Lawyers group and the Paralegal Division. The purpose of the practice groups and committees is to oversee and coordinate the various functions of the organization and to address the specialty practice areas of our members. Membership in NCADA is open to civil trial lawyers in private practice, corporate counsel, and paralegals whose practice in primarily in the defense of business and industry, insurance companies and individuals who are being sued.
